Training with UPRIGHT is easy and seamless. All you have to do is sit on a chair, place UPRIGHT on your back and connect it to your mobile phone. It is best to train in the morning hours, when your back muscles are less tired and ready for training.
Also, it is important that your skin is dry and clean. You can use the included alcohol pads to clean your skin, make sure to allow your skin to dry before attaching your UPRIGHT.
If you have trouble remembering to train we recommend keeping your UPRIGHT on its charging dock on your table or desk.
